Health and Beauty Academy (HBA) was founded in 2014 after long work and practice experience in the beauty industry. We have gained lots of innovative knowledge and a strong team of tutors is managed by PhD, Mesotherpist, the author of Mesotherapy methodologies, the president of aesthetic Mesotherapy specialist association, MD Algirdas Čejauskas. He started to implement his old dream to have a training institution where high qualification beauty service specialists are being trained.

Our objective is to share knowledge, practice and love for the work and that beauty specialists would seek the best results and apply knowledge well in their everyday vocational work.


  • Rūta and Arvydas Čilinskai opened Ti Amo beauty house in Trakai, Vilnius and Kaunas in 1989.

  • Emblika Ltd was founded in 2002 to represent world famous brands.

  • Non-profit organisation Health and Beauty Academy was founded in 2014.

  • The Ministry of Education and Science authorized HBA the license on 16 September 2014 (No 004111) to provide formal vocational education and training.

  • The license gives the right to conduct Cosmetologist of Hygienic cosmetics training program (registered in the Study and training program and qualifications Register) specializing in Mesotherapy service (national code 440081504) and Cosmetologist of Hygienic Cosmetics modular training program (national code 440081551).

  • Those having successfully completed the program are granted nationally recognized Vocational training diploma (code 4102) which gives the qualification of Cosmetologist of Hygienic Cosmetics (LTQF level 4).

  • In 2015 the Academy started 3,5 month long Mesotherapy treatment specialist qualification trainings in separate modules (LTQF level 5) of Hygienic Cosmetics modular training program.

  • Nationally authorized certificates (code 3106) are granted after completing separate modules of Cosmetologist of Hygienic Cosmetics modular training program (national code 4408551).

  • CEO of HBA Ruta Cilinskieniene was elected as Vice President of Lithuanian National Dermacosmetology and Aesthetic Mesotherapy specialist association in 2015.
